NHL Rumors and Speculation
- Adam Gretz (NBC Sports): Believes IF the Winnipeg Jets can find a way into the 2020-21 NHL postseason, they’ll only go as far as their All-Star goalie will take them, but their bottom-six forwards and defence is woefully thin.
- Gretz also thinks that the Nashville Predators should offer sheet Tampa Bay’s RFA center Anthony Cirelli stating, “They will not find a better player on the unrestricted free agent market. A similar player in trade would cost more than the draft pick capital an RFA would cost. If there were ever a situation that an offer sheet would make sense, this is it.”
