According to @incarcaratedbob on Twitter (see tweet below), the Boston Bruins, Philadelphia Flyers, and Ottawa Senators are heavily pursuing Oilers right-winger Jordan Eberle. Not a surprise really, he’s been in and out of the rumors for most of the season. Not sure the Oilers would like to trade him now given his performances on Connor McDavid’s wing and now with the injury to Benoit Pouliot but if the team could get a winger in return, who knows?
If I’m looking for roster players from each of those teams I’d like any combination of the following:
Wayne Simmonds/Radko Gudas/Shane Gostisbehere – Flyers
Mark Stone/Curtis Lazar – Senators
Matt Beleseky/Adam McQuaid – Bruins
One would think that they’d prefer to get that top three-dman right?

Gostisbehere has been by far the best d man for the Flyers. He is their future, so I’m not sure how you would put his name in any trade. He would be one of the 3 untradeable players on that team.
Gostisbehere is somewhat small but gets the points. I don’t know how he is defensively. You know…We just got rid of Schultz…But I would take Simmonds in a heartbeat. He would look real good with McDavid. Definitely Stone and Lazar. Boston doesn’t interest me. We have those types here already.
