This’ll be a quick one but I got two messages from two different sources that a coaching change is coming for the Edmonton Oilers.
Word has it that McDavid is tired of McLellan’s stubborn ways and all the line blending.
The brass is furious about how the season has started but of course I got the message before the Oilers came back from 4-1 to tie the game with the Jets in the 3rd period.
Weird what happens when Puljujarvi is placed with skilled players…
no news on who might replace McLellan. Probably someone internally but keep your eyes and ears peeled. I feel like something is going to shake out sooner than later here.
But I should remind you that things can change at the drop of a hat and if nothing happens, don’t be surprised either.
